Our Shipping Policy
As authorized resellers with top internet service providers, we facilitate the onboarding process for customers, but the services are provided by these service providers directly. All post-sale installation, troubleshooting, and sales support services are provided by the ISPs. Customers can call our number for assistance, and if the issue is related to shipping, we redirect them to the service provider.
Since all installations are carried out by the internet service providers themselves, all equipment is shipped to the customer's premises by the ISP if the customer has chosen self-installation during the ordering process. Alternatively, a professional installer visits the customer's premises along with the equipment for installation.
